I tried this with my Pixel 9 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro phones. On my stainless steel GE fridge, either end of the mount makes a super strong attachment, I have to pull it really hard to get it off. The other end attached to the phone is not as strong. It makes a pretty secure and strong attachment to my iPhone, but the attachment on Pixel 9 is not as strong (it still feels secure enough that it wouldn't fall on its own). I can tilt the mount on both hinges pretty easily. The hinge isn't rigid enough to stay in place in all positions if you are tilting the phone vertically, but for the most part it does stay in place. I think most people would want to tilt their phone horizontally though, which would work without a problem. It's rigid enough to stay in place while tapping on the screen and interacting with the touch screen. It has a matt finish and is very solid, feels like full metal and sturdy, and should last many years.
