I like this eyeliner a lot. I have been using this eyeliner since it first came out. I use it on the lid for a car eye look. I use it on the water line on the top and on the bottom of my eyes because it’s soft enough that it won’t hurt, scratch and I don’t have to keep tugging at the eye so that the color goes on like some other pencils where you have to keep tugging and drawing and the color won’t stay on the water line. I also do not have to have a pencil sharpener around which drives me crazy because not all pencils work on certain sharpeners. I also don’t have to use a lighter ( yup I just gave away my age, as a teenager in the 90’s we had to use a lighter on the pencils to make them work)to make the eyeliner soft. Also it makes thin precise lines or you can smoke it out. This eyeliner is an oldie but a goody and still around because it’s great quality. Will always use this eyeliner. Read more
