For years and years before I stumbled upon this product, I have been using pencil liners to line my waterline and eyeliner - but I haven't been as satisfied with the results I got from those. This gel liner came with a brush which allowed for a very precise application. However, I will say I didn't really like the brush itself too much as it can be a little prickly to the feel and it hurts to put on my eyelid. But I just use another tiny brush and it works out for me. It stays all day long, I went into a pool with this, put it through intense sweaty workout and this didn't bleed or budge at all! I love the rich black color as well, it definitely is much blacker than any eye pencil can give you, and I can especially tell on the waterlines. The brush can get pretty stiff though if not cleaned out properly and it can get a bit messy, so just make sure you clean the brush regularly. It also migrates a lot more than it ever did previously, even when paired with primer or setting spray. I have switched to Anastasia Beverly Hills waterproof crème color (which you can buy on Amazon). It costs a little more, but it’s also larger.
