For my prior mouse experience, I’m coming from A G502 Wired mouse, and a G703 Lightspeed. This A7 Ultra is almost an exact copy of the shape that the GPX 2 has, it’s a few grams lighter though and still boasts the same specs with 8k polling, and other features you’d find on the more expensive brother. The coating on the mouse is wonderful and it keeps your hand in place, is a great size for claw or palm and overall is great. I bought the mouse because I wanted something a bit newer than my 703, and something way lighter than the g502 and it seems like the A7 Ultra hit right on the nail. For the software overall, for being a Chinese brand it’s great, it functions as expected and there aren’t any weird tabs you have to click on to find what you’re looking for. I also love that I don’t have to download any new drivers and it just works on my browser (a great step in the tech space) also, if you’ve seen that the drivers are online there’s also a download for them in the event for whatever reason you couldn’t access their website. Overall mouse feels nice, great weight overall good stock skates. Wonderful coating, and great software. Also, one other thing, I’ve seen a lot of reviewers mention the scroll wheel being nice, I don’t have much to compare it to as said before, but what I can say is that it’s not bad, it’s worse than the g502 purely because it can’t freely spin like the g502 can, but it functions great as is and is much better than the g703. For those that scrolled this far, I have to say after getting this mouse I can say without a doubt, if you’re looking for a cheaper GPX 2 alternative get this one, it’s got everything that one has at a much lower price point. My gameplay in things like CS is much better now just because I can move the mouse faster as it’s not so heavy. Thanks Mchose, I’ll stick with you this was a great entry into your peripheral series. First off as someone who normally buys those big brand names like Logitech, I came from a G pro superlight I wanted to get the V2 of it. But it's $180... and I didn't wanna spend that on a mouse haha. So I looked for a cheaper option and still was doubting it would work but! The input delay / Lag of the mouse is amazing feels like it responses instantly The Scroll wheel feels more higher quality than the G pro superlight and also more responsive The side buttons, are the one thing I got to get used too cause they're pushed out more but I believe my superlight was like that aswell just went more into the mouse as the years went by. The Size is the exact same like the G pro superlight so perfect for people wanting that shape The wireless connectivity is really good, as someone coming from 5ghz connection to now 2.4ghz it still feels amazing, I would even say better than the G pro superlight. Battery life I only had to charge the mouse once, and I bought this mouse May 1st it is now the 20th. My only problem with his mouse, is sometimes it just falls asleep or something when using it randomly. Cursor just stops moving but then picks back up with no delay but it's barely noticeable when constantly moving. OVERALL If you want G pro superlight v1 or v2 performance for cheaper THIS IS YOUR MOUSE, if you are worried it will break just buy a protection plan. This mouse truly shows how much those bigger companies are robbing us has better specs than both G pro superlight versions and is only $65 Read more

After seeing how expensive some of the other mice have gotten to be I decided to go with the A7 Ultra and it's been really good so far. The build quality is great for the price, buttons feel good and its very lightweight. The MCHOSE hub is pretty nice but you can also just use web drivers if you didn't want to download. The mouse has definitely shown me that all you're really paying for on the expensive mice is the warranty. Will definitely look at mchose if I ever need a future mouse. Read more

UPDATE: The mouse itself has stopped working. I mean, it still works but the left click has become unresponsive and for some reason, the scroll wheel keeps initiating without me even pressing down on it. I have double checked to make sure the firmware for the mouse and the receiver are up to date (they are). This issue is occurring while in wired and wireless mode. It's crazy I had this mouse since the beginning of July and it's only the end of August that the mouse is unusable. Shame because I had really liked this mouse but with these issues, can't recommend it anymore. Worst part for me is that the return window closed a week or 2 ago so now I am stuck with this. Going to go back to my G Pro X until I find something else. This mouse is amazing!! I own a G Pro X Superlight which has developed a double click issue so I wanted to get another one but saw a some videos leading me to this clone of the mouse. Thought it was worth a shot considering the price and figured I could return if I didn’t like it. Everything about this mouse is identical to the original. If anything, I think the mouse clicks are more crisp, the side buttons are less mushy (they are a little louder though) and the scroll wheel is a lot quieter and smoother. Software is web based so no need to download anything. I do wish there was a way to see the battery life without going into the software every time. Also, this light blue color is very nice as well. Mouse can be used with the dongle, Bluetooth or wired. Build quality seems to be great, meaning no creaking when squeezing the mouse in certain areas. Also little to no wobble on the mouse buttons. Overall very happy with this mouse. If you’re on the fence about the size of the Superlight and want to try it, this is a good place to start especially at a fraction of the price. Read more
