Doesn't look or sound waterproof
I don't think a person could tell that this would be a waterproof a sheet. It doesn't make a lot of noise and it doesn't look like plastic. I haven't tested the waterproofness yet, or the ease of cleaning, but it looks good. Nearly as soft as I would prefer, but way softer than a lot of waterproof mattress covers. The pockets are almost two shy to cover my 10-in deep mattress plus 3 in foam pad, but so far it's stayed on. You can just see a little of the mattress on each side where it doesn't fully come down and tuck under. It's thick, but again not so thick and crinkly that you can hear anything. Read more
Seems waterproof
This is large. I bought a king size that goes over my normal (not pillow top) mattress along with a pillow top addition. There is still plenty of play in the “sheet” for deeper pockets. It doesn’t fit snuggly, but I haven’t noticed an issue with it bunching up or anything like that. It seems quite plastic-y when you put it on (which makes me hope the waterproofing is good), but I haven’t noticed a plastic feel or sound at night. All in all, I’m pretty happy with this pad.
