This is my first coat purchasing online. I honestly did not know what to expect. I weigh about 232 in pounds. The ski coat is an X-Large as i have wide shoulders. It fits and zips up and down without any use of force. Should say, only has two buttons. One towards the top collar and one at the bottom. So far, ❤️ this coat. I ❤️ the color. Interrior is lined with warmth except when looking at the sleeves turned inside out at eye veiw. The sleeves are actually layered inside the coat with light material. Never seen a coat like this before. Do check my photos. I do find the velvet straps on the coat wrist annoying. Plus i wish the pockets outside did not have zippers but tolerable. Besides, did say in ad being a ski coat. Also, coat does have some weight and does come packaged in a plastic zip up bag. Very resuble and a nice touch. Just be aware, when arriving, not packaged in a box. At first, thinking oh crap. It arrived in a plastic mailer bubble envelope. Thankfully no damage because of the zip bag. The young man who is autistic and absolutely loves this color of blue, loved the jacket. He hardly wants to take it off his mother said! I bought him XL and it fits perfectly. He is 6'-2" and about 190 lb. The arms are padded lightly but not the fleece lining that the rest of it has and for him, that's perfect.... Okay new part of the review. I would have put 5 stars because for the price it was a nice jacket. But the zipper is completely stuck and almost like glued after only a few wearings [has had less than 2 weeks] and there is a rip in the fabric on one side. I am waiting for his mother to return the jacket to me, as I cannot return for free without the original packaging. I bought the jacket Dec. 20th so do not have the original packaging. Amazon does offer to pick it up and they print out a label as long as you have a box for 7.99 so I'm going to go with that. Bottom line, the jacket just may have been defective and I am repurchasing it to see if the next one holds up better. If not, on to a jacket that is better made. Definitely size up as my son is a Large and the large was tight on him so we went up a size and it’s perfect! I was worried how cheap it was that it was made cheap too and I was wrong!!! It keeps him warm, it has fur inside and adds to the warmth. It looks like a very nice coat not like one that will just rip easily. I’ll probably by his next year coat from their shop again! This is a nice jacket. Great fitting . Comfortable. The hood is terrible. The neck and the hood flaps get in your face . So I tried to take off the hood . The zipper is bad . It’s a low quality plastic zipper .i contacted the seller to see if they would give me a discount on the price since the hood is not useable . I told them I’ll use it hoodless .
