I'm so happy I bought this style versus the kind that looks like you have to hold-to-spray... One minor issue is that after turning off lever, including the shut-off valve below the tank, it "leaks" drops of water temporarily... but, I am satisfied with it enough to keep it... I know it's more versatile than the washlet-type bidet... I can use the spray hose to rinse around toilet, water plants, shower-rinse items in the sink next to toilet... Having this has cut down on toilet paper usage... LOL.. Read more
Simplicity at its finest. Easy to mount, all rubber seal rings were included for all 3 attachment areas. Even came with a small roll of Teflon tape to help seal. Pressure seems great. Great product. Sleek looking handle makes it look pretty cool. And the slide adjuster for the water pressure coming out is great. Read more

I LOVE a bidet hose. Eventually they leak. At least the ones I've gotten so far. I ordered this unit as my 3rd. The first one lasted about 2 years and the 2nd one lasted about 4 years (other brands and styles. The first one was a button on the end. The second one was the lever on the end. This one has a different style lever in the handle) I ordered this one this time hoping to find the configuration that's the least likely to leak over time. Well I did not install this unit at all. Someone else clearly tried to and then returned it. I don't know if they returned it because once it was set up it was somehow not functioning properly or whatever the reason was. I was certainly not going to attempt to install it when it arrived scrsted, dented, and actually dripping wet. Disgusting. Some things can be resold after returned - like clothes. Some things shouldn't be. Like bidets. Read more
I've had this item for 2+ months now and it's perfect, no leaks and no issues, as long as you remember to turn it off after use and return the handle switch back to open, there should be no pressure build up and no leaks. Installation did take a bit of tinkering but i'm no plumber, so not like i do this stuff often. But after it was installed, it was smooth sailing from there. Read more
