I’ve been getting micro-needled monthly for over a year and always get super red after. About double as red as this, which makes sense since the needles are deeper. I had to shake the vial upside down to make sure the serum was coming out. I used the ordinary hyaluronic acid. Getting red means your skin is ready to heal itself, that’s the whole point of microneedling. So the fact that I feel the same after an expensive session tells me it is working. For pretext, this was my first experience microneedling. I feel this is great system for beginners because of the low entry price point and if you find it is not for you, you did not make a big upfront investment. The vial comes in what appears to be sterile packaging with the top already attached. The vial is about a 2 dram vial that holds almost a full tablespoon of serum with a lid to replace after use and for disposal, please follow needle/sharp safety. For my test I used a vitamin C serum. I am not gonna lie, I was definitely apprehensive, but really I couldn't feel anything except maybe a slight discomfort over the boney areas. I don't know how to measure how effective the product was at injecting serum, but there was a bubble of liquid in the center when I was done. I'm also not sure how comfortable I am personally using a system like this because I have had a pretty bad infection from a bug bite before and feel this may be asking for trouble reinjecting over the face, even on freshly cleaned skin. I think this a really good option to try and see how you like needling. The ability to use your own serum and the low price point make it a good value for a beginner. Read more

Item is horrible. Turned it over for the suggested 1-2 minutes (2 minutes) and serum does not flow out evenly. Only comes out of one or two holes. Tried all three flow levels, same happens with all levels. Took forever to stamp in serum that with other needle systems have no issues. Do not recommend purchasing. Read more
