My favorite! Here’s the thing: I know moringa is supposed to give you energy. I think, overall, it does that. But for some reason, it makes me sleepy. Like…really sleepy. I have had trouble sleeping for some time, so it occurred to me that maybe this is filling some nutritional gap that was the root cause of my sleep issues. Whatever it is, I can’t live without this now. I tried several brands. The gummies weren’t effective (made me wonder if they were just green sugar), and another brand had capsules so big I choked on them and dreaded taking them. These capsules are smaller and easy to swallow. The added super greens are a bonus, and I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take them. I don’t sleeps well and I’m a zombie the next day. Me and my husband have been taking this for about a year now and honestly I quit taking a few weeks ago and honestly I can’t tell any difference. I was taking for more energy but I don’t feel any different. I feel it has been long enough that I should have at least felt something positive about adding this supplement to my daily routine but honestly I haven’t perhaps our bodies had enough of this naturally and just didn’t need it. I can say that my husband’s blood pressure did decrease while taking this initially but he is not taking it now and it’s still lower so I’m not sure it’s what is helping because he also started taking real sea salt under his tongue every morning as well so not sure it was actually this or the salt which he is still taking daily. If I see a change I’ll come back and make change on this review. UPDATE OCT 2025: after I stopped using this I became very tired again so I guess it just a slow difference maybe I didn’t think it was helping but after I stopped taking this I find myself feeling tired again so I’m back on it again. Hope this helps someone else out there who is feeling tired constantly. This will help but just realize you may not notice until you quit taking it lol.
