This is incredible. It makes me feel better. More energy mentally and within my body, but not in a jittery or energy-drink kind of way, in a healthy, sustainable, good way. My mood is better, too. The difference is remarkable. I'm starting to wonder if I've been deficient in these vitamins all along?! These really helped me with my energy since I have the MTHFR gene and B vitamins didn't do much for me before. Taking these daily helped my mood and energy levels (not like a buzz just not completely lethargic). No stomach issues or anything like that. That smell though... I like this particular B-complex, even tho it is a bit pricey...Capsules not overly big. It is the Methyl form which seems to help absorption. These capsules do not have a lot of extra fillers, which I absolutely must have or I will not purchase. Easy to swallow, no stomach upset or anything. Capsules come clean & not stuck together.
