I got tired of the old fashioned wired mouse in my office and wanted a cute little wireless one. I wanted a color that is feminine but classy. I can not take a purple colored or a Hello Kitty mouse into a place where most colleagues are men. I tried the feel of this mouse in a store, then went to Amazon to find a better selection of colors. I was thrilled to see a Golden Mouse. And the price was better, even with shipping. I use a gel pad under my wrist, but still after a week of 8 hours/day my wrist started hurting. I realized that this mouse is not only shorter then my old one (that's not a problem because of the gel pad) but also higher. I asked my son to cut a piece of wood to the shape of my gel pad and glue to the bottom of it. First it got too high and my wrist kept hurting, then he changed it to a thinner piece of wood (about 1/4" thick) and my wrist stopped hurting. Bottom line: The mouse is great, just make sure you use a gel pad of the right height. Oh, and download the software that comes with the mouse. Read more

You don't really think there is a difference in wireless mice until you buy a junker like an "Onn" brand. Holy cow, you will want to rip your hair out trying to control that thing. Stick with a brand you have heard of like Microsoft or Logitech. Read more

I knew this was a mobile mouse, but I wasn't expecting it to be so small. My fault - the size was clearly described. Still, it is too small to fit my average sized male hand. My co-worker was more than happy to take it! Read more

It doesn't get much better than this mouse. The USB connector is tiny, just barely protruding from the side of my laptop. The mouse feels good in either hand, the scroll wheel operates with that nice, soft clicking action that lets you know when you've moved it. The ridges on the wheel provide just the right amount of traction. The connection is fast and effortless; plug it in and you're set. The blue track works on everything I've tried it on. Desks, sinks, cinderblock, granite. If you're not sure this is the mouse for you, get it. You won't be sorry. ---- Six Year Update ---- The mouse is still going. The little USB plug, I've chipped the end off, but it still works. The cushioning on the sides has started to peel slightly, but it doesn't bother me and it stays in place during use. The mousewheel sometimes interprets scrolling down as up, but it usually works. Still hanging on! What a great mouse. Read more

I was worried for several reasons: 1) I have been disappointed with mouse purchases in the past, and 2) Feedback suggested that this mouse is small. I researched the dickens out of it before I made my selection, and I am thrilled with this one. The mouse is the same size as I have always been using. It was easy to install. It looks great. It performs great. I love the idea of having an on/off switch to conserve battery power. It is also a bonus that this mouse uses one less battery than the mouse I had previously. The nano receiver is a blessing because I have always been concerned about bumping and breaking the large clunky receivers of the past. The package arrived two weeks earlier than promised. I just can't say enough good things. UPDATE: This mouse lasted exactly 6 months. As of 10/20/2013, it is no longer usable because the batteries won't stay engaged. There is no reason for it to suddenly stop working because it has been babied from day one. It is pure junk. Read more

The mouse I ordered does not move smoothly, it jumps all over the screen and I have to really be careful. Seems like the light is off center causing it to move rapidly. I have already thrown it away and went back to my old wireless mouse. Read more

Awesome may seem like a strange adjective to ascribe to a Microsoft wireless mouse, but I continue to be amazed at the battery life on this thing. I've had it for 6 months and not a hiccup in responsiveness... same batteries. It is my first wireless mouse, so maybe this is par for the course, but I feel the value I've gotten out of this thing has far exceeded the cost. You can't go wrong with it! Read more

Just love the MS Mobile Mouse 3500! Long battery life, easy clicking and perfect fit to my hand made this my choice after sampling every mouse in the store (didn't know about battery then of course). It is a good mouse for someone who does a lot of computer work because the high arch reduces hand stress - and it clicks very easily. A great feature I was not aware of when I purchased it is how easy it is to turn off with only one hand; just a flip of the thumb. Another feature which has been helpful is the ability to set the "tilt" wheel to zoom on a screen area. While the zoomed image is not very clear, it has been helpful on several occasions. Read more
