This is the second Miele vacuum I’ve owned, and it’s absolutely worth every penny. My first one has been going strong for over 10 years, and I only decided to upgrade because our family has grown and we needed something with a bit more capacity. The Miele Complete C2 has incredible suction power — it truly “sucks in” everything, from pet hair to baby crumbs, and leaves hard floors spotless. It handles low-pile carpets really well too, without being too harsh. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning feel less of a chore. The build quality is excellent, just like my previous Miele, and it feels like a product that’s made to last. It’s a very reliable vacuum that delivers professional-level results at home. Definitely an investment, but one that pays off in performance and durability. Read more

OhmygoshILOVEthisvacuum! I was so tired of emptying the canister of my upright and seeing the filthy dirt and dust fly everywhere. Also didn’t like the weight of shoving it across the floor or worse yet, up on stairs, surfaces, etc. Not only does the Miele have excellent cleaning power, it also has the different settings for drapes, shades, floors and carpets. The wide floor attachment cleans so much more in one stroke and the canister leaves the weight where in belongs, on the floor rolling behind me. The filter bag completes the perfection of this vacuum. I don’t hate vacuuming anymore. Now it’s a easy, fast, much cleaner task! Read more

I’ve used several vacuum brands over the years, including Dyson, but I always come back to Miele. This model is compact, powerful, and easy to maneuver. It works beautifully on both hardwood floors and area rugs, and transitions between surfaces with no frustration. The bag is simple to change and seals tightly, which keeps dust contained. Suction is strong and consistent. It feels engineered for performance without overcomplication. This is an investment, but one that earns its place over time. The build quality is exceptional, and I’ve found it to be far more durable and effective than other high-profile brands I’ve tried. If you’re looking for something quiet, efficient, and thoughtfully made — this is the vacuum I recommend. Read more

I owned an electrolux canister vacuum for years and loved it. I had been searching for a similar replacement for a while (unfortunately, electrolux had discontinued manufacturing their canister vacuums years ago.) I had tried another cheaper one on Amazon and was not pleased with the quality. So i decided to give this Miele one a try, based on the similarity to my former electrolux, and the great reviews. So far, so good! I pretty much love everything about it... well almost! PROS: The performance/powerful suction, the accessories and how they store inside the vacuum, the maneuverability (rolls easily in any direction), and the retractable cord. Also, the options for suction are great(hardwood/ carpet or rugs; etc); the 2 main heads (one that's extra wide great on hard floors, the smaller one awesome for my rugs and my stairs), and the nice large bags! Oh and great for those with allergies as it comes with great filters, and options to upgrade them as well. CONS: The outer shell casing seems like cheap plastic, and the lid that pops open to store the accessories feels like it could snap off easily at the hinge. Bag refills are a bit pricey, and buying generic voids the warranty. The lack of color options ( it would be awesome if you could have a few choices of color to pick between). Lastly, the noise level. This Miele vacuum is quite a bit louder than my former electrolux, even in the quietest setting. Read more

Just unboxed my Miele complete C2. First, the packing was so well done, with limited Styrofoam to protect the machine, plus a cardboard drawer (with handholes!) that fit perfectly on top of the machine compartment and protected the attachments for the new machine. The wide hardfloor brush is a game-changer. All 16 inches of it is functional, vacuuming up even small bits of dirt just beyond the outside of the brush. I could vacuum my kitchen and entryway in half the time, compared to my Progressive. Suction is great, picking up pet hair, dust, and, bits of dirt, leaving floor smooth and clean under my bare feet. The carpet/rug attachment is only adequate. This machine, without a powered brush, moves around bits of our fluffy dog's hair, but does not pick them up. For the carpeted areas of our home. I will stick with my nearly 20-year-old Miele Tango that removes everything. The cord is a slight weakness as it is shorter than the one in my Progressive. I have to unplug move to a different outlet more frequently than I am accustomed to. I got this machine to help keep my hard floors clean. It is perfect for that. For carpets, I would prefer in a machine with a powered brush. Read more

A great light weight vacuum with great power. I have mainly hardwoods and tile. I love the fact that this tracks right behind you as you go. It is super quiet and I love the fact that the attachment all store nice a neatly inside the top. One of the most awesome features is the self retracting cord. Read more
