The unbrella stand is 19 inches tall and fits all umbrellas or items with long poles (mops, walking stick,s etc). The construction is of wire mesh, though it is a bit flimsy. When item was received , it was packed in a large box, that contained a smaller heavy box without additional packing, so the umbrella stand was dented. I was able to take a small hammer and knock out the dents. Read more
