Love every aspect of this little heater. Size is so small, heats a punch, love that there’s a remote (reason I didn’t buy another model), can regulate temperature to the desired degree (instead of just low, medium, high), has a timer, has a thermostat so that the temperature you set it at is constant. If there’s anything I would change is that the remote controller be able to snap onto the heater. Im using a huge rubber band so it’s fine. But that could be a next generation upgrade the company can make. I go to my parents often and they are stingy with the heater use, plus I love camping so this portable minuscule of a heater is very handy to carry around. Read more

The heater is well made, in my estimation, and performs as described, with or without the remote. It is not a substitute for a floor model space heater, but performs well in my 180 sq ft cape cod bedroom, raising the temperature from 62° to 68° in about 15 min. (Central Ohio) We have used it for almost 2 months, primarily short term during showers in a 60 sq ft bathroom. Although I didn't check the temperature, the comfort level was quite satisfactory. The literature specifically states not for bathroom use, so placement and protocol is critical. This is a very good space heater. It is easy to use and has a remote control. This heater will not heat a large room, but is handy to provide heat in a close proximity to the heater or in a small room. The price is right for my needs. It is quiet and safe to use. Read more

Since there's not much volume to heat in a tiny pull-behind camper, this works wonderful. Actually pretty simple, seems built well, appreciate the safety features. Wanted something with temperature setting/thermostat controlled capability (rather than just a low/high switch). It also has a timer feature that is nice. We like to sleep in cool temps, and the lowest setting is 60 degrees F in "ECO" mode. Know that when in the "ECO" mode using a temperature setting, the fan continually runs even when the heating coils aren't energized. I don't mind, the fan is quiet and its white noise. I lucked out as our small camper has a wall outlet about 4' off the floor & unobstructed. I've tried it out and its working as advertised. As long as there is shore power 110V hookup, no worries. Not sure if the instructions emphasize this enough, but when you turn it off while it's heating, do so by pressing the red "power-down button" on the touch screen controls instead of the immediate "on/off power toggle switch" on the side. The red "power-down" touch button stops coils from heating and then still runs the fan for 60 seconds to blow cool air over the heating coils to prevent damage. Read more

My dad has a cheaper and different brand of these, and loves it in his office, as it heats that small area easily. I purchased this with the same intent as my office is in the basement and gets very chilly in the winter. I plugged this into an outlet only 3 feet from my office chair, double checked all the settings and made sure it was on the highest heat setting and prepared for comfort. An hour later, in my very small office, I was still cold and the temperature in the office had only increased by 1 degree. It was putting out some heat, but very minimal heat. Less than impressed. I have since picked up a different brand of heater, and that one makes my office quite warm, and I can feel the difference within minutes with the newer one. We purchased this to replace a similar plug-in heater. Big difference! This is used in a small room that is used frequently and doesn't have its own heat source. This heater does the job well. It is quiet and no off smell. I like the two options of eco- which you can set the temperature and a setting that is automatically set. Both work well. Good size, fits nicely in receptacle. I haven't used the remote control, and I really don't think I will. Over all, great heater and great price. Read more

This is my second Minetom unit. This one is the newer version. I have it in a cat condo I built. It is in a wooden enclosure I made to make sure my cats cannot get too close to the front grate. It is plugged into a receptacle that I installed and it fits securely. The temperature setting works as needed and it maintains a set temperature in my condo. There is also a camera and a thermostat which I can see to make sure all is working correctly. The remote works as it should. So, I think you have a good device for smaller spaces that should work safely for your needs. Read more

Nice little heater. It works !! the only thing is it takes a while to heat up the room. . . Maybe if the installed a faster fan or stronger one it would heat up faster. I live the functionality of it and the remote too. Great for small spaces. Read more
