This tool is a versatile, well-made tool. In my woodworking shop, I use it more often than the larger bench-installed grinders, sharpeners and polishers. This all-in-one compact machine can be moved around for my convenience and comfort. I end up finding so many uses for it, like polishing rings and discolored items. I sharpen all our knives, as well as for friends and family. It is a more effective knife sharpener than other kitchen knife sharpeners I have. Picked up this mini belt sander for small projects and honestly it’s been a solid little tool so far. The 7 speed control makes it easy to go from light polishing to more aggressive grinding, and the compact size is perfect if you don’t have a ton of workspace. It’s not a heavy duty shop machine, but for hobby use, sharpening, and detail work it’s surprisingly capable and easy to use. Good value for the price. Read more

I purchased the Blissthrill mini belt sander because of the portability and combination versatility of the unit. I’m using it to sharpen and restore knives, as well as minor woodworking. The motor speed is impressive, the belt is fairly even and smooth, the stone grinder and buffing wheel also work fine, as expected. However, the build of the unit has a big flaw, the plastic plug female end was not attached to the unit. So it basically when you go to unplug the power supply from portable unit, it tugs and pulls on the attached wires, risking disconnecting the soldered wiring. This obviously failed factory QC check. A screw in piece was missed during factory assembly. The only way to repair this problem is to desolder all the wires and find the proper screw in piece for the power connector. The belt sander works fine as expected, but the unit has a major build fault as noted. I hate to return the unit as I need to finish a project, but a fix is not easy… Read more
Nice little sander /buffer for small projects. I like how small this is. It’s light and easy to set up. It’s great for small items and projects and not daily use. I needed to polish some metal parts and it worked great. Read more
