It works really good. Easy to use. Perfect fir wood burning or to get the bubbles out of epoxy resin. It also works good with the shrink wrapping. I made baskets for everyone in my family and used the heat shrink clear bags. They looked like they were professionally made. I love it. I highly recommend this product. Needed a heat tool. Was recommended this and was overly disappointed. Even though it was delivered next day and the price was good that was the best part about this item. As soon as it arrived I opened it and read the very poorly worded instructions then plugged it in and turned it on. Right away the tool sparked and popped and started to smoke. I say the tool down and watched it melt itself and immediately unplugged it. I sat it outside to let it cool off. Returned it asap. Read more
