The media could not be loaded. To begin with, Quality is great, its high quality plastic also looks sturdy. Its very easy to use, you can use it only with alexa if you like (to turn it on and off only) or if you want more control like the energy consumption or set a timer you can do it trough the app. It plugs to the wall outlets. So, I've had these for a year and a half. They do work and hold up fine. However, now I moved it to my Christmas tree plug (was being used to start seedings in the summer) and now it turns itself on every day instead of "obeying" the settings in the app. I can turn it on and if in the app, so I'm not sure what the deal is.
