My husband has been using Hair-Regen Men’s 5% Minoxidil Foam, and it’s definitely convenient compared to liquid versions. The foam absorbs quickly, doesn’t drip, and feels lightweight on the scalp. After consistent use, I’ve started noticing his new baby hairs and some improvement in thinning areas. The main thing is that patience is required as results aren’t going to happen overnight, and you have to stay consistent. It also needs daily use to maintain progress, which is something to keep in mind. Pros: • Easy-to-apply foam, no mess or dripping • Absorbs quickly and feels light on the scalp • Clinically proven ingredient for hair regrowth • Helps with thinning hair and early bald spots • Convenient 1-month supply Cons: • Requires consistent, long-term use for best results • Not an instant solution — takes time to see changes • Needs ongoing use to maintain hair regrowth Read more

Unsure of efficacy so far. The foam is nice, it only lasted me three weeks doing 1x a day so it didn't actually last that long lol. It definitely makes my hair oily if I don't brush it out and stand under a blowdryer or heater or smth bc most of it gets in the hair no matter how much I part the hair or try and work it into the scalp. Once it dries though it's fine but that could take literally hours. So far, no scalp irritation. I like the concept but idk. Kind of a PITA. Read more

Says easy to use, but instructions are five steps and you can only use it if your hands are cold, It has very specific application temperature requirements. This is for massaging into the bald skin, obviously not on the hair, it says it takes up to three months of everyday use to see results so this one can is not going to last that long and I can't quite give a full thorough review till three months have passed and two more purchases later. My husband is less than enthusiastic about styling products so it is hard to add this into his routine. It says "mens minoxidil" on the bottle but I have seen uses for minoxidil for women so I may try it. In which case one bottle would probably last me 3 months. Read more

False advertising. Each can only lasts a few days to a week because all of the pressure leaks out. You are left with half full cans that don’t have enough pressure inside to dispense the foam. I bought a “3-month supply” and every can leaked and I was out in 30 days and throwing away mostly full but dead cans (as well as my money). I would buy a different brand. Read more

I don't know if this works yet. It is easy to use, and the directions are good. As I understand it, not everyone gets good results with minoxidil, I hope it does well for me. I'm using it twice a day, only applying it to where the hair is thin. The directions say to wash you hands after rubbing it in, as it could cause hair to grow on your palms. They also say women should not use this strength product because they might grow a beard. It seems a bit of a mixed message- it grows hair where you put it, and it works from within to grow hair where you didn't put it. Well, so far no new hair on me, but I'm continuing use and have ordered more. The price of this is good, it's worth a try. Read more

This is not for use for women - I received this so my partner could give it a go and see how it works. It contains 5% Minoxidil which is the same percentage in other hair growth treatments. This particular brand is made in China if you have feelings/concerns about that. It is a thick foam that has no odor. It is a bit tricky to get it right where you want it because it is 'fluffy' but not runny like a liquid can be so.... kind of a trade off and personal preference. I don't know if all hair growth products have to be applied twice daily, but this one does so would prefer 1 x per day. It it only needed to be applied 1 x per day it could be added in the evening and then washed in the morning to prevent any oily/wet look. The product states it will take at least 2 months to see any difference and so there's no report on effectiveness at this time. If you are interested and don't have a problem with the application process and timing you may want to give this a try. I am giving 3 stars because the amount in the bottle is not enough to last the length of time needed to know if it is going to help or not. Read more

I've been using a 5% Minoxidil product for 5 months, and I've undoubtedly seen improvements in my hair growth. I've only been using 5% Minoxidil, no other products or maintenance, so the growth is genuinely impressive. This product may not work for everyone, but if you are thinning or losing hair, it's definitely worth trying this product consistently for a few months. I prefer the foam over the liquid as the foam is less messy, but your hair will be a little greasy after use, so keep that in mind when styling. Also, in my experience, foam is less likely to cause dandruff. This is a cost effective solution for hair loss, and though it won't work for everybody, it has certainly worked for me. The photos I posted have not been edited, and you can clearly see the hair growth on my crown. You do not need to spend a lot of money on expensive products. The key to any hair loss product is the 5% Minoxidil, which this product has, so give it a try! Read more
