I mixed this 50/50 with potting soil, then add a little bit of vermiculite when propagating fig trees. I have had excellent success. Great quality peat moss at an affordable price. Bags are smaller than they appear. Does help soil retain moisture and prevent root rot when starting new plants. Read more
