For reference, I currently weigh 188 lbs with a 42-inch lower waist and 39-inch measurement around the navel, and the 3X fits me but I could have used a smaller size since I’m losing weight and this fits perfectly comfortable on the very last row. The material feels high-quality with a good balance of stretch and firmness, and the tailoring is well done as seams and stitching make it feel secure and durable. I like that it has 11 spiral steel bones because it gives solid back and core support without feeling overly stiff. It’s not real stiff at all. The double belt wrap design makes it easy to adjust depending on how much compression I want, which I really appreciate. It stays in place and I like that the fabric is sweat-wicking, so it feels breathable even when moving around. I also flipped it upside down so I have another option on ways to wear it making it versatile. This shapewear gives me both support and confidence. Great but will “wear out” (stretch) over time. So it will not be as tight. Still helps back, I like the length, wish it was tighter at the bottom but I’m shaped weird. My fupa is a problem lol. Still brings most in. If it’s too tight, you may get back rolls. Depending on where the weight is held. Obviously the skin or fat needs to go somewhere. It doesn’t roll. Great for post partum/surgical procedures But ask your provider before anything. Easy to workout in. Breathable. No latex. The extra straps around the abdomen are nice too! Priced well. I’m 5’4” 180lb and got a medium to cinch. It’s tight and I am able to get into it. If you don’t want to struggle, go with a large if you’re my size. Read more
