If you love reading, binge-watching, or scrolling endlessly in bed, this is a must-have. It’s huge (like, takes-up-half-the-bed huge), and the memory foam filling is plush but supportive. The arms give that cozy, hugged feeling, and the detachable neck roll is the cherry on top. It has side pockets (for your remote, glasses, snacks—whatever), and I swear I’ve never been comfier during a Sunday Netflix binge. It arrived in crazy tight vacuum packaging that took 3 days to expand. The final result was quite a lumpy looking version of its picture. That said, it's stupid comfortable - just firm enough to support my back, but soft on my neck. It's ugly but extremely functional and I would buy it again if I needed to! Read more

I had just received this pillow finally and I can say so far everything seems as described. It came very compactly packaged. Once I opened all the packaging and removed it from the vacuumed bag. Had rotor cuff shoulder surgery & wasn't able to sleep on my side, my tummy, or flat on my back for 6 weeks. This pillow kept my upper body elevated and prevented me from rollibg onto my side while sleeping. The material ia velvety soft and doesn't flatten or lose shape. The small pillow on top can be removed & used to support your lower back. This pillow was a MUST after surgery. Read more
It's super stiff. I tried to take some of the filling out to see if that would help but it didn't and then it wasn't as supportive so I put it back in. I thought it would get better with time as I "broke it in" but I've had it over a month now and it hasn't. Also most annoyingly my hair constantly gets stuck in the buttons for the neck rest. It hurts and has pulled out hair on more than one occasion. And for this price?! I would definitely return if it wasn't too late to do so. Read more
