I recommend this for Kindle owners. This is a well-engineered stand that will likely last for years. Setup and adjustments are easy, allowing my ebook to be placed exactly where I want. The baseplate is heavy enough to provide stability while in use. The arm assembly easily pivots on the riser tube, so I can swing the Kindle out away from the bed when I'm finished reading. The remote page turner works flawlessly. (This replaced a similar Kindle holder that I returned as unsatisfactory. Wow! Better than I could have hoped!!!! So many positions and angles. Read my Kindle with ease and can lay in bed reading with it hovering over. The remote clicker is really slick. I am guessing anyone who does not give it 5 stars, it is their user error. I slide it next to my bed or right in front of me in a chair. Very stable and valences for the weight of a Kindle. The stand is great. The remote has insane battery life. However, the receiver only lasted on it's initial charge. It wouldn't charge at all, negating the whole purpose of the setup. EDIT: Seller reached out and replaced the remote and receiver. New receiver work and charges. Increased to 4 stars. Read more

Got this in recently... Good price and it is easy to assemble... I really like it for reading on my Kindle... Easy to position it in a comfortable reading position and with it being hands free... my hands don't go numb from holding the Kindle... Whether I'm in my favorite chair for reading or in bed, it's easy to put the stand next to me and position it for minutes or hours of hands free reading. I love this gadget! My granddaughter has one and when she showed it to me I knew I had to have it. It works just as promised. The base is heavy enough to hold it rock steady and the arm puts my kindle at virtually any angle I want. These cold evening it's great to snuggle under the covers and click through the pages. I used to keep waking up when the kindle started to fall out of my hand. Now I drift off to sleep without interruption. UPDATE: After my review, the seller reached out and provided me with a new page turner! They were very professional and quick to respond and fix the issue. The new page turner has continued to work great. The seller even reached out again recently to check up on the replacement to see if it was still working properly. Their customer service is top notch, and I will purchase from them again. The stand is very sturdy and was easy to put together. It's holds my kindle very well.
