This fits our Model Y Tesla perfectly. It fits over it very snug and tight. Not really needing the straps, which are horrible. No way you can install the single strap in the middle, under neath the car by the way. Got this cover so we can cover our car when we go on trips and stay at hotels. Hoping to deter car scratchers from keying our car. You know how random people do that to Teslas. Anways. the cover is very thin, and lightweight. It's made of some reflective material. Its not cloth. For 30 bucks, I'll do. The side mirrors align and fit nicely to hold it in place, in case of a gust of wind. Read more

I bought this cover in February for my wife's classic 1974 Datsun 260Z. It was a bit too big, and wind got underneath sometimes, and after about 5 months, it ripped in half. I reached out to customer service at Mockins (Cassandra) and she was SUPER HELPFUL ! I was just going to buy another cover, since it was entirely MY fault for buying the wrong size, but she insisted that I allow them to send me a replacement. I am going to do a better job of securing the cover with additional straps, so this doesn't happen again. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mockins for their CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALONE !!! Read more

All this cover is good for is inside a garage. I have owned similar cheap covers but this was by far the worst. It was very thin ,this cover lasted me about 2 months and started ripping in the corner ,then a few days ago it was shredded like Strips in the rear . This cover only has seen sun and rain. the others similar covers i have had lasted me outside during the rain and snow and heat about a year before they start falling apart. Stay away from this cover . Read more

I purchased for my 2006 PT Cruiser that is garage kept to keep the dust off, and the birds for pooping all over when its parked out of the garage. Its light weight & easy to put on & remove, but the anchor that's used to tie down is horrible. I had to use string to connect to hold it down & it blows off easy if you don't tie it down. The price is fair and I would had given it 5 stars if the tie downs was better. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase & would recommend if you need a budget friendly car cover. This car cover would be more suited for a car that's parked in a garage vs outdoors. The price was fair & it serves its purpose. If your car will be parked outside, you DEF want to tie down. I tied string on one end & ran string under car to the other side to connect to the other anchor to secure it that way & it solved that issue. If you don't tie it down, it will DEF blow away. Basic lightweight cover. Poor UV resistance. Fits as expected, very thin fabric. Water protection is minimal. Decent for keeping off dust and leaves. I have purchased three of these covers for a vehicle stored outdoors in partial sun (shaded part of the day) in Southern California not in the desert. All three had the fabric and/or the seams fall apart after as many as 6 months and as few as 2-1/2 months. The fabric basically disintegrates. The latest has the seams fail before the fabric. Why did I buy it two more times after the first failed? I needed something inexpensive to off keep pine needles but not anything more. The next tier of covers jumps in price so this for me ends up being the best cheapo option that stays on without the hassle needed to secure a tarp. Read more

Water proof, relatively secure, not unattractive, and dirt cheap. If that fills your needs, it is hard to go wrong with this cover. Cons: no door zippers and fabric is thin enough that one should be careful to avoid sharp edges Overall, 4.5 for function + .5 for cost = 5.0 Read more

First impressions with this car cover was great. I don't think people understand how a car cover works. It's not supposed to be like a force field that projects anything back that keeps the car intact. Car covers are supposed to prevent any rain or dust on the vehicle's body. And before ANYONE quickly purchases, BE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR VEHICLE. A quick google search never hurts to make sure the cover fits properly on your vehicle. This product does what it is supposed to, and I am glad I got this product. It's going to be a big help while I can save up a new engine for my Mazda 3. Read more

I had planned on this being a one time use disposable cover. I ordered the cheapest cover I could find to cover a project car for a few days while the windows were out. I expected it to be flimsy and was hoping it would last the short time I needed it to. It was actually pretty substantial and held up to a couple pretty bad storms and is ready for the next car that needs to be covered. Read more
