This faucet was installed in a 1940's era bathroom so it's classic styling was ideal. It's built to withstand continuous daily use while requiring very little upkeep; it can be cleaned in a couple minutes. I've never installed a faucet in my life and had absolutely no problem installing this one. The instructions were clear and precise with helpful diagrams as well. It took me less than half an hour to install it although it took me considerably longer to get the old one out. Nice faucet. Well built, easy to install, no leaks. Only thing I didn't like was the weak 1.2 - 1.5 gpm aerator. Had to buy a 2.2 gpm aerator and replace the one that was in there. Not a fan of the weaker water pressure aerators. Seems like all Moen faucets come w the weak ones now. Had to replace the aerator on my new Moen kitchen faucet too. This is a really beautiful faucet. The first thing I noticed was how heavy it is. When I think about the faucet over the kitchen sink there's really no comparison. That was an inexpensive faucet I bought at Home Depot. This faucet was on sale marked down from $216 to about $80. So it's no wonder that it's a good faucet. Replaced a identical faucet set that went bad. Took less than 30 minutes to removed old ones and install this set. You need very few tools since all the connectors can be tightened with finger force. Better faucet to counter top gasket included. Read more

Excellent quality, not like the cheap stuff you get in the big box stores. Handles have great feel, solid, heavy and smooth. It exudes quality, makes it a pleasure to use. The chrome is top notch and the style looks great. Water flow is quiet and smooth. No ugly holes or set screws on handles. The base of the handles simply rotate and unscrew to service (if ever needed). The drain and pull lever have same great quality. I would have paid a lot more for this kind of quality.
