This was a perfect fit for my replacement vanity top; installation was very easy, especially since they include a tool to tighten the faucet to the vanity top; included also is a plate should your vanity top have 3 holes instead of 1. The factory attached braided stainless steel hoses should prevent leaks. My unit was missing the aerator, but a phone call to Moen had a replacement shipped quickly (and a coupon for a discount on other Moen products via their website). The brushed nickel finish should be easy to clean and last for years. These Moen Ronan Spot Brushed Nickel One Handle Single Hole Bathroom sink faucets are beautiful. We needed to replace our old faucets because the water would splash right out of the bowls. These faucets didn’t disappoint. They swing back and forth to any position and the water comes out smoothly without splashing everywhere. The water pressure is also great. Easy to install as well. I have actually purchased 6 of these faucets for two locations. The faucet is nice and feel like a quality product. I expect the longevity to be good based on the build and the brand. I did notice that the hot and cold seemed to be switched. Universally, when a lever is straight up, it's cold and when down (towards you) it should be hot, but these are all reversed. I'm not sure if this is a design choice or if they were mislabeled in the factory. This is, of course, and easy fix just to swap the cold and hot connections. Read more

These were (two units) for a replacement of a three-hole sink configuration so the the included plate was needed. The plate covers the three holes no problem even if this uses a single center hole for installation. The unit includes the sink stopper part which I didn't use. Installation was very easy (considering one has to be a contortionist to get under any sink). Pleased the kit includes an extension to fasten the baseplate to the underside of the sink. Hot and cold water hoses are labeled, but won't be visible once installed, so mark them before installing them (I used blue tape to mark hot) on the connecting end.
