I was really happy with my purchase. First of all, it's true to its size. My 17.3 inch laptop fits. Second, it's very sturdy. The materials used are high quality. Third, there are a lot of pockets/compartments, you can put not only your laptop accessories but other stuff as well. It's perfect for travelling! Fourth, I think it's not as pricey as other laptop bags I saw here on Amazon. Fifth, it is stylish. The only downside for me is it's weight. It's quite heavy for me. I chose this over some similar bags because of the expansion zipper. I was looking for something with lots of flexibility and the expansion wasn't offered by other convertible backpacks I found. The material is a sturdy fabric that doesn't provide much structure. For example, they shipped it by folding it in half and putting it in a box. Once you put things in it it holds it shape fine, and the padding provides ample protection since I'll always be carrying it myself. I will most commonly use this as a "personal item" and haul it around airports by sliding it over the handle of my roller bag. I wanted something more substantial than a 1" strap. The back has openings top and bottom (with velcro closures) for this purpose and it is quite stable used that way. Those openings are to the same compartment used to stow the backpack straps when not in use, so if you slide it onto your roller bag when the backpack straps are stowed the handle has to get past the straps and can even push them out the hole in the top. TIP: I discovered if I tighten the straps all the way I can buckle them to the anchors that have also been stowed in the compartment which reduces the strap's freedom to move. This provides some resistance to the straps getting pushed around as much by the roller bag handle. I wish the dual carrying handles were a bit more substantial, but I understand that would make them harder to stow. Read more

Sturdy, well-made, with great features. I would recommend the following: that the opening that slides onto the luggage handles not include the Velcro. In order to slide it onto the handle, it takes two hands - one to open the Velcro up, and the other to slide down on the handle. The square pockets on the outside are somewhat tight and awkward to open them easily. The inside pockets should have a Velcro strap to hold in items when the backpack is turned the other way. Though the leather zipper ends are attractive, I prefer metal zippers so that anti-theft add-ons would go on easier and work without struggling to get them closed (see Bobino Zipper Clips). With all that said, this is a great backpack, true to advertised size (fit 15.6 laptop easily), and should hold up for some time. I recommend this item. Read more

This bag is amazing. It fits so much stuff. I use it for my portable DJ kit and a leverless game controller and all the power supplies and accessories that I need when I'm on the go. The value for the money on this is insane. I love the style. It has so many options for carrying. You can use it as a backpack. A briefcase. And all of the handles are completely hideable in pockets that they slide right into. Not to mention you can use these pockets to store even more stuff. There's so many zippers and compartments and places to put things and it's just expandable it's the best bag on the market if you need to carry a bunch of stuff and look good doing it. Read more
