After trying other power adapters, I am happy to say this is the one I will be sticking with. I have used other products while traveling and they charge much slower and the product seems more flimsy. This one however, is much more robust. it handles all of my needs for the countries I visit and doesn't get too hot when charging a laptop and a phone at the same time. Excellent, works exactly as described, have been using 2 of them in Turkey for the last 10 days without issue. My wife has been charging her phone and AirPods while using her GHD straightener at the same time and had zero issues. Earlier this year I was traveling with a travel pill adapter & a multi port charger. The setup was not only bulky, but too heavy for some outlets. The adapter was also cheap & ended up breaking where I couldn't use one of the plug configurations. I decided to combine those to things & get this charger & it was the best decision I could have made! It had multiple ports to charge my devices, while also being able to plug into nearly any power source & also plug nearly anything into it. It charges devices fast, comes with 1 USB-C to C cable, & even a bag to carry everything & keep it organized in whatever bag you put it in. The 1 small gripe I have is the rose gold color looks more glossy in the pictures, which I thought would look cool. But it's actually matte, so I was a little disappointed there, but other than that, it works excellent. This is now my go to charger to throw in my backpack whether I'm going to work or traveling. Beware that Momax has exactly ZERO customer support if you need it. I purchased a 170W Universal Travel Adapter and loved it while it was functional, however I went on a trip just and it failed leaving me without any way to charge my devices for a week on the road. I was still within the warranty period, so when I tried to contact Momax to get help, they were completely unreachable. I sent an email and received no response. I used their WhatsApp chat support channel and received two automated responses that I would be contacted the next day, but never heard back. I called multiple times, once getting someone speaking Chinese after I had selected help in English who promptly hung up on me, and then sat on hold the other times until getting sent to their voicemail. I tried their website "live chat" which was merely an bot that took my email address and then never replied. And I tried the support form on their website which promised a response via email that never came. They offer five "support" methods, all of which are completely useless. I was under the impression that Momax was a reputable company that would stand behind their products, but they clearly are not. Read more
