I used this with both hot and cold drinks, but hot drinks are the way to go. I add this to my mint tea and it dissolves quickly. In cold drinks, it clumps up and has a hard time dissolving. Now does it work, well....I have less popping in my going and my knee feels stronger. My ankles had some pain from working out and this helped alleviate it. I love this product! I used vital proteins for probably 3 years straight every day and I would say I didn’t see much of any difference at all. This product I’ve used for about a month and my nails are growing so fast which never happens. I originally bought this specific collagen because I’m trying to heal my knee pain and over the last month things have improved. Not completely but it’s not as bad as it used to be. The cons: extremely expensive compared to other collagens, absolutely horrid taste and smell. It makes me gag and I dread drinking it but I try to get it down fast for the benefits. I read somewhere that collagen breaks down faster in warm water so to use it in cold water which is what I do. Good quality collagen that provides sports testing for purity. Tastes good and works as advertised. Has a slight smell but, nothing that will make you gag. Skin health, hair and nails are looking wonderful. Some say they don’t like the taste - I usually mix with electrolytes. Would be 5 stars however, can be difficult to mix in cold water.
