I used the device for 20 minutes cleaning my shower. Did a great job cleaning but the slightest slip of the hand and you will have severe burns. There should be a guard on the handle grip to prevent you from coming in contact with the metal components. It’s a plastic grip, how hard would it have been to put a 1/4” tall circular guard on the end? Steam output is intermittent. You will get about 30 seconds, then wait another minute to get another 30 second burst. Cord length isn’t sufficient for bathrooms as they usually don’t put outlets near the shower.
