Very disappointed with this item. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Purchased for a Christmas gift but they did like. It Leaks water. Nozzle gets so hot that even with gloves provided and hot pad it would get too hot to hold. It also doesn’t seem to have much pressure I would return but apparently you have limited time and it has expired by 4 days. Rating is 1 because have to select something. Read more
Decent steam cleaner, it got up to speed very quickly. The brass brush was very effective at cleaning my grill. However the overtemp kicked in after three minutes. Probably ok for light duty Read more

The hose and hand held attachment get very hot . The hand held attachment is in 2 parts that are held together with 4 small screws. Steam escaped through the holes. I burned my finger because of this. Read more
Easy to use. So far, it has not cleaned my couch as well as I would have liked. However, it started out with some stains from my son that it did make better. I think I will have to add some detergent to it to get a better result. But it is easy to set up and use. There are several settings that can be used. This little machine is really amazing! I've used to clean for almost a week now and I can't believe how much it does! My stove top has been my bane, but this cleaned stains on my white ceramic that I thought would never come off! It did a great job on the arm of a chair to remove a coffee stain. I'd tried to get it out a few times so it was dim, but this took the remainder of it out completely. It's really great for counters and in the bathroom. I'd thought my shower was spotless already, but I was surprised that it still managed to get a little more off the shower head and glass doors. I was actually shocked. This is small but mighty!
