I have had dozens of cases over the years and over a dozen different cases for my 16 Pro Max alone. If you’re looking for a rugged and protective case this is it. The bunker case has a smart front lip design that is taller at the top and bottom and shorter on the sides so you can interact with the sides of the screen more easily and swipe without hitting a tall side lip. I have used it with several different tempered glass screen protectors without a problem. The speaker cutouts are as expected and the buttons feel and work fine. The case has a dust flap cover for the charging port, so keep that in mind if you have strong feelings about those. The back of the case protects the cameras, but lays flat without rocking like most cases or a case less phone. This is a 2 piece case with a soft comfortable TPU body and a hard polycarbonate front frame that fits into the TPU body similar to an Otterbox Defender. If you have never had a 2 or 3 piece case, it might take you a minute to figure out, but it’s really not that hard to put your phone in or take it out. The lower right corner has an indent to pull it apart, but you should open the charging port cover before you pull it apart. The case has strong MagSafe magnets. The inside of TPU body is lined with a soft foam so the back of your phone is very well protected too. It is also not much thicker than a regular case although it does make the phone noticeably wider and taller than a standard case. At 84 grams for the case alone your iPhone will be almost 40% heavier, but it is to be expected in a protective rugged case. It would be great if this case was updated with a built-in camera control button (it does work with the cheap stick on camera control buttons though) The Motive Bunker is also sold under the brand xBase as the Boulder case, but buying it from Amazon is cheaper and faster (although they don’t seem to offer the case only option for the 16 Pro Max, it’s cheaper even with the holster which I do not need or use). On the iphone 16 pro max phone, the Bunker phone case broke around the camera button within a few weeks. The material was very thin. I love the Bunker phone belt clip holder though. Its the best in the market IMO.That's the best part of the setup. I contacted Motive just to get the replacement Bunker case only but they said I needed to return it through Amazon. I figured it would just break again so I kept the belt clip holder for the Bunker and ordered the SUPCASE Beetle Iphone case. The SUPCASE Beetle is better than the Bunker case. So I have a hybrid setup. The SUPCASE Beetle with the Bunker belt clip holder works very well. The SUPCASE Beetle has more strength around the side camera button. Read more

Ordered this case for my iPhone 17 Pro. It’s a little larger and bulkier than I had originally expected. However, the MagSafe magnet feature works well and it went together very easily. The rubber bumper around the perimeter of the phone holder is going to be great for protecting the phone from drops. All in all it’s a little bit large, but I think it’s going to work just fine. This seems like other products of this type of design, but it is a little bulky. And taking the phone out to get a call often is difficult without pressing the power button on the phone just to remove it from the belt clip holder. But today after having this for just over 1 month. I caught it on a shopping cart while walking by it, and the belt clip twisted off of my belt, and when it hit the ground the clip that holds on to your belt snapped in half when it hit the ground. My phone was not damaged, but the clip is useless now, so I have to get a new case anyway. Overall this seems to be a good product, just don't drop it! Read more
