I picked this wrist brace up with two use cases in mind. While it’s marketed primarily for motorcycle riding and vibration reduction, I actually wanted to test it first at my desktop, since I spend far more time mousing and working than riding. Wrist fatigue is a real issue for me, so I was curious whether this could provide support in that context as well. Out of the box, initial impressions were good. The materials feel strong and durable, the stitching is solid, and it doesn’t come across as flimsy or cheap. Putting it on was straightforward. The thumb hole is well positioned and large enough to accommodate a big thumb, and the strap layout matches the product photos accurately. From a construction standpoint, it’s well made. In actual use, though, things fell apart for me. At the desk, the shape simply isn’t right for active hand movement. It interferes with natural wrist and thumb motion, making it uncomfortable for sustained mouse use. I then tested it in its intended environment on a motorcycle, and unfortunately ran into similar problems. After a short time, it began to chafe, the pressure around the thumb became irritating, and it genuinely felt constricting rather than supportive. No amount of loosening or re-adjusting solved that issue. I suspect hand size plays a major role here. I have very large hands, and once the wrist and thumb are in motion the brace just doesn’t accommodate that anatomy well. Someone with smaller hands or a different wrist structure may have a completely different experience, but for me it was a no-go in both scenarios. From a value perspective, this is one of those products where the idea is good and the build quality is there, but fit is everything. It’s durable and clearly designed with intent, but it’s not universal. Either it will work well for your hand and riding style, or it won’t, and unfortunately there’s no way to know which side you’ll land on until you try it. Read more
