The thing is wonderfully light and strong. Design and instructions are excellent. It took an hour to set up only because I had to go from one end of the house to the other for tools. If I'd had everything laid out it would have been 30 minutes. It says not to drive the lag bolt with a power drill but use ratchet and socket so you don't overdrive into the stud and weaken the connection. I was about to use a power drill anyway then I noticed they used an 11cm hex head on the lag bolt and I only have that on my 1/4" drive ratchet set. I drove the 3/8" holes with my power drill, and the provided lag bolts went in quickly enough with the ratchet. Easy-peazy. I give it a sixth star for using non-standard hex head so not letting me jam the bolts in with my impact drive. Adjustments were simple and well-marked, and the cable tracks are well designed and simple to operate, although it won't hold a lot of cables. It supports my monitor very firmly and has a wide range of operation.. A couple of days before, I had sent back a heavy, steel desk mounted arm from another manufacturer that was actually more difficult to set up. After I'd pieced it together and assembled everything on the desk, the arm would not hold up the computer. It had an assembly error in the arm adjustment pin that was not fully inserted. That took me an hour and a half to figure out. It was easy to return through UPS though. This light wall mount, if you have a few tools, is much simpler and better, and has a higher capacity, than any desk mount arm.. I love this lever arm for my 27" Dell monitor and I'm receiving no gratuities for saying so. Read more

Slick monitor mount, only knocking off a star because the cable management clips are a little flimsy and dont really provide a lot of space for some thicker cables (like Display port + 2 HDMI + power). Not that big of a deal though. They thoughtfully included a nice paper template to assist with pre-drilling the holes for the mount. Remember if your monitor is a bit heavier and the arm cant seem to hold it up, adjust the spring with the included tension adjustment tool (Allen wrench)! Read more

This works great if you need an extra long arm, works great on my 30" monitor. The up/down adjustment works well and holds in place, just make sure your monitor isnt too heavy or larger than 30" Read more

Looks Great! Functions as intended! This is very easy unit to mount. It comes with a little mounting template that helps you position it just rght (I do suggest you use a level to keep it alighned). Something that I wish would be better designed - the cord guides/covers. Unfortunately they are not very steady when they are locked into place. They tend to fall off. I used plastic zip-ties to keep the cord covers from disconneting fom the articulating arm itself. However, the overall quality of the unit is nice, solid, and easy to adjust as necessary. I ordered 4 different types of monitor arms before settling on these. They do exactly what they advertise they will. Just a few adjustments to some screws to make it easier to move and adjust and they’re perfect. Read more
