When I opened everything and got it unpacked my knife block has a small crack in it and I have searched everywhere for a customer service number to contact MSY BIGSUNNY directly to just get the knife block replaced. I am truly disappointed that this company doesn’t provide a way to get ahold of them and such a simple fix like this has to be through Amazon by sending the entire order back right before Christmas.
