They are sharp and cut like butter the only issue I've noticed is the handles are starting to dry out from the dishwasher they do appear to be real wood so I ordered some mineral oil to make sure they stay hydrated I will update the review on if that seems to do the trick for the handles! When I opened everything and got it unpacked my knife block has a small crack in it and I have searched everywhere for a customer service number to contact MSY BIGSUNNY directly to just get the knife block replaced. I am truly disappointed that this company doesn’t provide a way to get ahold of them and such a simple fix like this has to be through Amazon by sending the entire order back right before Christmas.
