As I am getting older my hair has stopped growing as well as my nails. I decided to try collagen. This worked well, my hair and nails started growing stronger. This is the second time I have ordered this brand. I disolve it in my coffee or juice. I don't notice any taste. sometimes a bit clumpy. You have to make sure you stir it well. Read more
I started noticing that my hair was shedding at a much faster rate once I hit my mid-thirties so I gave this a go to see if it would help with the fallout. I drink it it my coffee in the mornings and now that I'm in my forties, with my hormones changing, barely any hair comes out of my head when I'm showering. It's impressive for me having long hair to boot. It's odorless and flavorless, easy to melt into hot coffee, dissolves easily and the texture disappears once it's stirred into the coffee. No chalky residue! It's got a fair bit of protein in it and being that I do not usually like to eat breakfast, a scoop in my coffee usually holds me over till a later lunch. I put it in morning coffee.This one clumps just a little but mixes in.I use 2 scoops for joints.Makes hair and skin nice as an added perk.Seems to work well with a little more value than some other brands.Adds no bad flavor to coffee. Edit: bought this a second time, this batch has no clumping at all.Ive been taking collagen for some months now and the results are incredible.Jount pain has subsided , joints feel more supple.Muscles build easier plus hair has come in very thick and healthy.My fingernails are still beat up, but I work with my hands lol.
