Like the fact that it has sideways facing outlets, which allow you to add elongated plugs that would otherwise cover the outlets below as well. But wish they had included a center screw to allow you to anchor it to the existing wall outlet. Without that screw, whenever you try to pull out a plug from the extender, the whole thing comes right out of the outlet. It takes two hands to remove anything plugged in to it. One hand to hold the extender against the wall while the other actually removes the plug. That works, but it is inconvenient. Read more

I bought these because we were basically using one of those old-fashioned three in one bulky plug-in device that you use in the lower half of a two prong outlet. Now granted this will only hold four plugs per a two plug outlet, but it’s sleek, fairly compact, fits snuggly in the outlet, and also has the has three USB ports on the top. So, I really like these. They are much more tidy looking and I have yet to find a unit that will give me five plug-in options. The next best thing would be to find a unit that actually screws into the outlet so that it doesn’t jiggle when you’re trying to pull a plug out, but then the best one still only gives me three “plug” outlets w/4 USB ports and it’s much larger, tho also sits flush against the side of my kitchen counter. Having said that this is a really nice little unit, works great and it was a reasonably priced. I think I have five! Read more
