Is a good size and do what is supposed to do, a few compartments you can use, adjustable straps for lengt fit, it feels comfortable and the zipper works great, is not bulky and allowe you to carry your wallet, keys, phone and a couple of bars if you need it. Overall I found this pack to be very good quality with the perfect amount of storage, organized in nice compartments. There is an elastic netted slip in the main compartment to hold your phone and keep it from wrattling which in awesome. I can fit a phone, car key, wallet, protein bar, and a few other small things snugly. The straps were nicely adjustable, however I ultimately returned the pack because of the lack kf flexibilty. I wa sable to cinch it down to my chest securely enough that it doesnt nounce around when I run or bike, however there is zero give or stretch to thr straps which actually inhibited my breathing quite a bit. When I would otherwise have no issue, I wasnt able to take deep breaths because of the restriction of my chest. Enough to the point that I cant wear the pack without getting short of breath on long or intense runs/bikes. If there was some elastic to the straps the bag would be much better. Read more

I’ve had this pack for going on 3 years now and I’ve bought it to Mexico twice and also Jamaica and it is the perfect excursion chest bag I’d ever gotten. Bought this for my daughter whom is type 1diabetic. It was great for her running events in cross country. When she goes for runs it is amazing for her ti have the freedom to go wherever for a run and we have her location and numbers because she can carry her phone with her!!! Read more

The adjustment are limited and at one point became loose so when running it just hits me in the chest and i just put 2 keys and my phone still becomes loose and bounces all around. Read more

Simple and minimalist. I wear it 3 days a week and log about 10-15 miles a week. The quality is decent IMO, nothing crazy and nothing has broken yet but I havent owned it a long time yet. I throw it in my gym bag and pop it on so its easy to just grab and go. I am someone who lifts weights so I have a pretty broad chest. This thing is comfortable for me. 47 inch chest and no rubbing.
