I am 60 years old this year. I started using this product about 6 months ago. Its benefits are great. Not only is it an antioxidant, it boosts liver health, immune health and it protects your body from free radicals. I actually got it for the liver health benefits. The liver is a very important organ in your body. It filters all of the garbage you consume in more ways than just eating and drinking. Although I'm not a drinker of alcohol drinks, at a younger time in my life, I drank cola products in great amounts every day. I've worked in restaurants my entire life and I drank a lot of colas and sodas, not to mention the less than healthy food I've consumed. My eating wasn't very healthy either. I've only in the last 10 - 15 years realized how food, and eating healthier can really benefit the body. This supplement is great. I feel better, more energetic and I believe it's helping me. I'll know for sure when I go to my doctor's appointment in January to get the results from my complete blood work up. This bottle of NAC supplements is a good deal. At 120 for less than $10.
