Energy Boost
difficult to comment about a pill! However...the B12 provides good energy boost and perhaps with it a better mood. Don't be alarmed if urine turns bright yellow - natural, body disposes of what it cant use. Probably not good for very long term use but likely ok for a few months. Read more

Easy daily use!
I've been wanting to find a good quality B-12 supplement, one that is the Methylcobalamin form of B-12. I’m so glad to have found this one from Nature’s Peak. It comes in 1,000mcg per tablet. (Sometimes I even cut these in half, if I only want about 500mcg for the day.) Comes as a chewable tablet. I like the raspberry flavor! I also appreciate that the tablets are colored with beets (instead of any dyes). They use sorbitol and erythritol, if you are needing a sugar-free option. Overall, I am enjoying these B-12 tablets! Happy with these Vitamin B12 tablets. My doc told me I needed a B12 supplement so I purchased these. The tablets are small and the flavor is enjoyable. I can't attest to how well the've increased by B12 levels as I haven't had repeat blood work yet, but I do feel like I have more energy and less jitteriness when I take these consistently. Read more
