Hubby and I take 2 every morning. They are doing a great job of helping to keep me up and running. Chewable and/or very easy to swallow. I love the crunch and the taste. Small enough to chew 2 at a time, the recommended dose. Perfect on my pocket with 2 of using this. Hubby is neurodivergent, specific about textures, and he loves the "pop"/crunch. Not too sweet, sour or bitter. We'll definitely be reordering these again, and again. Read more

These Nature's Peak Vitamin D3 tablets are easy to chew and take. Each 1 chewable tablet contains 5,000 IU or 125 mcg of Vitamin D3. The sweeteners used in these tablets include sugar alcohols with Isomalt and Sorbitol as well as Stevia. Each tablet also contains raspberry juice powder for flavoring and magnesium stearate to aid in absorption of vitamin D3. However, the magnesium is not listed in the Amount Per Serving area. The tablets are easily chewable and do have a noticeable raspberry flavor. As the title states, they are quite sweet as well, even though they don't state to contain any regular sugars with the label stating "Sugar Free". These tablets are relatively small. They are slightly wider than a quarter of an inch. However, seeing as each tablet contains more than twice the 2024 recommended amount (~2000 IU) of D3 and more than 4 times the older daily recommended value, you'll want to be cautious with the potential for over-absorbing vitamin D3. I haven't tried cutting the tablets in half, but it's possible to reduce the amount per serving by cutting. It's possible that these tablets might simply crush and not cut. This Nature's Peak bottle contains a 120 day supply of tablets for around $17. Note that the bottle is noticeably large compared to the amount of tablets within. When you unseal this double sealed container, you will notice that the bottle seems mostly empty. Overall, 5 stars because they taste great, are easy to take and seem to be a great value. Read more

I don't know how effective these will be in the long run, so I'm reviewing what I can at this time: Due to an injury and temporary disability, getting out in the sun has been difficult for almost a year. At my recent visit to my doctor, it was suggested I take Vitamin D 3 for the time being. I decided to try these and review them. I like the size of the tablet compared to others I've taken although I normally look for gel caps. For 5000IU (125mcg) the price is excellent. I couldn't find any information on the name brand, Nature's Peak, except for their website. They seem to be associated with Silver Onyx brand vitamins and they have mostly positive reviews so I decided to take a chance and see if these help me over the next few months. I check my old reviews and make updates where needed and I will do that for Nature's Peak several months from now. Read more

Vitamin D3 5000 IU by Nature's Peak 120 Chewable Tablets at one per day = 120 day supply Expiration Date May 2027. Arrived July 2024. Do These Help? Yes they do. Vitamin D actually makes me more tan, and helps get more calcium for the bones and teeth, when I don’t get enough sun. They also help make my hair thicker, give me more energy, and boost my immune system, Their Website They do have a website, and it says they are in Utah, but there is NO info about their company on it. The Quality The bottle says Gluten Free and Sugar Free. The item page says: GMO Free. Natural Ingredients. GMP Facility. 3rd Party Lab Tested. I don’t know how you are supposed to know if any of that is true, since it does NOT say most of those things on the bottle, but it sounds good any way. The Value There are good brands selling Vitamin D capsules with NO sweeteners at the same dose for a 4 month supply for HALF this amount. There are even Vegan ones for very close to this amount in the same dose. The Flavor I do not chew these, but they do taste really good. You can taste it the second you pop into your mouth. The Sugar Substitutes The important thing though, is the type of sugar substitutes they are, and they’re OK… While Isomalt and Sorbitol are not nearly as bad as others, these can only be used in very low doses, which this is. These Vitamin D3 tablets are a great buy...120 tablets give you four months of high potency servings taking one per day. I was well pleased also with the fact that they were chewable, which I had never seen in a Vitamin D3 supplement before, or any supplement in that instance.`They were not chalky like other tablets I have tried in the past; they have a mild, raspberry flavor that does not linger forever. These tablets are sweetened mainly with isomalt, which I have never had an issue with in other sugar-free and low sugar items. I was happy to see "aspartame free" as that gives me adverse reactions. With all the benefits of this product, it is something to get on a regular basis! Recommended: 5***** Read more
