I ordered this tool set because I like to decorate my own press on nails. I use tools like the ones included in this set often, so I thought I'd give these a try. This is a good set to start out with. The stands aren't the smallest available, so if you have tiny nails keep that in mind, but they'll work well for most sizes. I didn't have any issues and I usually prefer the smaller sizes for my size nails. This set comes with a double sided tape instead of the sticky tack included with some. I usually prefer the sticky tack but this worked well. It was a little bit of a challenge to get it off one nail but really not too bad. The tweezers are as expected, and brushes are the standard variety you'd see with similar sets and appear to be of decent enough quality. The dot tools/styluses are a common variety with the twist look acrylic handles, and seem very sturdy, as I expected. The magnets on the stand are pretty good. I did have one that was a little weak but I prefer to hold them while actually doing any nail work, and use the base to hold them in between, so it didn't bother me. I did notice that the metal discs aren't evenly spaced from one side to the other, they're a bit to one end, and kind of sloppy. Not a huge deal but I would prefer to see them a bit more even. I like to paint my faux nails before I apply them for a neater look, and I love this set! It comes with all you see in the photo - fifteen brushes, two racks, five dotting tools, a brush holder, tweezers, and double - sided tape. The brushes are nice quality, with firm bristles and comfortable handles. The magnetic racks are perfect, and so much easier to use than the setup I used as a teen, which involved a foam block, toothpicks, and modeling clay; just apply a bit of the tape to the top of the peg, apply your nail, and let your artsy side run free. Create fun polka dots with the dotting tools; as an aside, holding one in both hands and twirling it creates a cool optical illusion not unlike that of a Barber pole, a cute little "extra". Overall, this is a great little set at a great price, and would be perfect for a budding nail artist. Recommended! Read more
