We purchased 4 of these for international travel. Our flights were 9 hours each direction. These neck pillows do a wonderful job of supporting your head while in the uncomfortable airline seats. It did allow the family to sleep part of our flights away. The best part of the Neck pillows are that they come with little shove sacks to keep them in when not in use. They are very very snug to push into them. Pay attention to the orientation of how they come out, to know which way they go back into the bag. Once in the bag, they conveniently fit into backpacks or carry-ons. This is a huge selling point. Let's face it, no one needs more items to carry through an airport. It exceeded my expectations!! I expected the quality to be equal to a neck pillow you’d get from the airport and this is far from that! It is extremely soft on the skin and has really good neck support! I was able to get really good deep sleep on a 6hr flight. I’m also really impressed with the eye mask, it is the same impressive quality. To add to this review- I didn’t know it had a cooling effect!!! This is an alright neck pillow. There was a lot of room around my neck and it didn't offer the support I needed when I wore it the right way. I flipped it upside down where it was the flatter side up and it was snug enough to support my head from leaning to far to the side or leaning forward. Having upside down also fit perfectly on my shoulders so it didn't sit awkwardly at all. I wore it while watching a show and it felt pretty comfortable, actually feel asleep a couple times. I do have to say that when worn upside down, the pillow went past my chin on my face at level with my mouth a little but, so that might not be preferable for some people. The ear plugs they offer you are the disposable kind, but it does come in a case that you can reuse. I have a smaller head so the mask was a little loose but if I rest the strap on my ears it doesn't slip down. I also love the pink knit look, very cute. Read more

This neck pillow was very soft and nicely made. However, for me, it was bulky and uncomfortable. Once I got it out of the bag, I had a heck of a time even trying to get it back into it. Almost impossible to get back into the travel bag. I eventually just left it out of the bag and attached it to the outside of my luggage. Read more

Very comfortable and somewhat easy to roll back up into its storage bag. Made naps on my plane and car ride much more comfortable. Love how tall it is from your shoulders up around your neck so it actually supports you instead of your head flopping over like most cheap neck pillows do. Read more
