OK, I'll be honest, these are tied with one other brand that I've tried as working the best. I just can't get behind that price tag! And for such a "normal" quantity of strips too! The generic brand that you buy in stores is about 25 strips for 7 bucks and they work second best for me so.... These have some tech behind them or something which you can actually feel within the strip. I've been able to feel a plastic band within my nasal strip before but this one feels like 3 strips of metal. They really work to pull open your nasal passages so long as you place them correctly. I like the smaller size of these. The other brand ice tried that works as well as these are so long that the end tabs stick to my face. As long as you use some toner or something like that (I'm sorry but I'm absolutely not using rubbing alcohol on my face) they will stick and stay on all night despite having such a strong pull. These nasal strips did not work for me. I had high hopes but unfortunately they gave me a headache and did not help me sleep better. I feel like if you have had nasal strips work for you in the past these may be ok. You get 30 nasal strips. They apply easily and can be removed easily as well. There is no need to clean them since they are disposable/one time use. They were a little big for my nose/face but not too bad. I just couldn’t keep it on b/c it was giving me a headache. Since they did not work for me I cannot see the value especially for the price but they are bigger than strips if used in the past and they seem fairly well made just not for me. Read more

I honestly didn’t expect these nasal strips to make such a difference, but they really do. I suffer from pretty severe seasonal allergies in the Spring and Fall seasons. These make a big difference in my ability to breath at night. The extra strength design gives a nice lift and keeps my nasal passages open all night. My partner has mentioned how much quieter I’ve been at night, which is a big win for both of us. The oval shape is comfortable and fits better than the standard rectangle ones I’ve used in the past. As long as your face is clean and they stay put the whole night without peeling off, but also come off easily in the morning. For me they do leave a very mild sticky residue but it washes right off easily. I have sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any irritation. The box of 30 is convenient and should last me about a month if I use them nightly, sometimes longer since I skip a night here and there. Overall, these strips are an easy, affordable fix for snoring and stuffy breathing, definitely worth trying if you’re on the fence. Read more

These nose strips are one of the best I've ever tried! They stay on way better than most other brands I've used, and I have a used a lot. 4.5 stars These come in a little box and look like band aids. The adhesive is quite sticky so make sure not to peel it off too fast. The strips are easy to apply and do stay on your nose. The material itself is not very rough and there is nothing poking out anywhere. They definitely do open up the nose a bit. I put them on before bed and was kind of surprised to discover what it felt like to breathe properly (had congestion recently). The reason for deducting half a star is because the backing was kind of difficult to peel off -- I wish they had included a bit of overlap with the backing papers and/or or put a tab on one of them. Additionally, I have a small low nose bridge so the strip was a bit large and didn't fit as well, going on to my cheeks. It felt like wearing a large band aid on my nose. I was unsure if I was applying it in the right place and there weren't very clear instructions included on how to find the best spot on the nose to apply it. That would have been helpful. I have been using nasal strips every night for over a decade, and have tried every brand I have been able to find. So, I consider myself someone of an expert on the subject. These ones have the newer design of the rounded edges, while having the squared off support strip inside. I have started to really like these vs the traditional shape of the name brand, as I find this general design does a better job of opening nasal passages. I have sensitive skin and these do not cause any irritation, rash or itchiness. These, however, do have a few shortcomings. Firstly, these are just marginally longer than most other brands. When I say marginally, I mean a millimeter or two. This is noteworthy though, because that slightly longer length is just enough that they extend off the curve of my nose and slightly onto my face below my eye. It doesn't appear significant, but I can feel them there. The second issue is they are thinner than most similar styled brands because the stiff strip through the middle, actually pulls up through the outer layer a little, as shown in one of my photos. This just decreases the overall effectiveness. The final issue is that these do leave residue after removing. Read more
