I have used "Breathe Right" for years, but thought I would try a different brand to save money, and this product has good reviews. Unfortunately, the first night I used it I woke up in the middle of the night and one side came unstuck. I did clean all around my nose with isopropyl alcohol to make sure the are was clean and it still did not stick. I returned them the following day and ordered more Breathe Right. Read more

These work well, but not for long. I bought them to help with mild sleep apnea in part caused by a slightly deviated septum. They do help open up my nose and breathing feels much easier. The issue is that after a few hours the plastic strips, which provide the tension to gently pull open nasal passages, separate internally from the adhesive strip that sticks to your nose, causing loss of tension holding airways open. I can recommend these for shorter activities, like exercising, but not for overnight use. Read more

Honestly these are better than those name brand ones. But it doesn’t stick well unless you hold it for an extensive amount of time. I can feel it opening my nostrils but snoring didn’t resolve. I think that the expectation I had was different mainly because I am needing something different. Overall I’d give these a go before going with a more expensive option. Read more

These nasal strips have helped my husband sleep so much better. You get so many for such a great price. The fit perfect on his nose and they last all night.
