I'm a serial user of nasal strips at nighttime and have tried a handful of different brands. These nasal strips are a little longer and skinnier than others that I have used. They stick ok -- just make sure to remove any oils from your face before applying, and press and hold for a few seconds after application to give it a chance to adhere well. You can easily fold a strip of several of these up and stick them down in a purse or travel bag to take on vacation and they take up hardly any room at all. They way they are crammed down in the circular container though makes them difficult to remove from that, and even more difficult to fold back up and return to it. They work ok, in that they open up my nasal passages for clearer breathing at bedtime as expected, but I DO notice a slight difference between these and the name-brand strips I usually use. They don't seem 100% as effective, so they are not the first strips I grab for at night, but I have no issues using them when the others are not available and am able to sleep more comfortably when using. They remove in the morning without pain or residue (although I do not have very sensitive skin, so your experience may vary). They're priced higher than other brands for a one-month supply (double the price of another brand from Amazon I tried recently), so overall, I'm not sure I would select this particular brand again. There are three things I like about this nose strip: 1) better breathing = better sleep quality. I wear an Oura ring to measure my sleep every night. “Readiness” score is up by ~20% since I started wearing this product. 2) Great stickiness. It always stays on my nose without any movements throughout night. 3) “Toxins free” - I didn’t think much of it when I purchased the item but ended up appreciating the cleaner product since I wear it every night. You're paying a premium for natural materials. I wouldn't call these small (they're the same size as original Breathe-Rights) but compared to the newer trend of larger fabric-style strips, they cover and grip to less surface area. That said, the adhesive is surprisingly strong for a skin-sensitive product and I've not had these fail early when I prepare my skin correctly. If not for the bamboo fiber fabric, I'd have no way of differentiating these from other (cheaper) brands, so the sustainability is really the only selling point I see, though the packaging is very nice. These are great- my son wears them while playing lacrosse and my husband wears them to reduce his snoring. I saw the brand i usually buy has forever chemicals so i wanted something non toxic since they are directly worn on your skin for a LONG time.
