product works great. the price is affordable, and you get two. breaks down good with warm liquids I suggest. taste is tolerable. I do notice an energy level change when I use on a regular basis. No additives added. too bad this order was stolen, but I speak from my previous experience with using this product for three years. Read more

I've been buying this brand for several years now and am very satisfied with the quality and consistency. No flavor, little grit (cannot even tell when mixed with a protein shake). Read more

TL;DR. Used to cause weird feelings and stomach issues, but now it doesnt. Doesnt always fully disolve and can be grainy. This creatine does genuinely work and made me stronger and gain weight. muscles are significantly bigger This was my first ever creatine purchase. I will say, it does work. I bought it about a year ago and my body started rejecting it; i started to feel weird and had a very funny taste in my mouth whenever i drank it. So i stopped taking it. About two months ago i get back into creatine and decide to give it a shot again. This time around I have had no stomach issues and no problems with weird tastes. The only problem i have had with it, is it takes a while for it to fully absorb into room temperature water. If you dont constantly shake it then the last bit will have a very grainy texture. Though ignoring those problems, it actually does work. I havent taken it in a couple weeks due to finishing the container and I have genuinely felt weaker since. I have gained 15 pounds in the past two months, but that was probably mostly due to dieting and bulking. and I went from 4-5 pullups to doing 15 pullups, which is an effect from rock climbing but i doubt that the quick strength growth was solely from climbing. all of my muscles are significantly bigger than they used to be Read more

This is my second time using NatureBell Instant Creatine, and I am pleased with it. It arrives well-sealed and includes a scoop inside, which is convenient. The creatine dissolves easily in my drinks. I have mixed it with water, coffee, and juice with no issues. Because it mixes so well and is easy to use, I plan to keep ordering it. It is also tasteless/neutral in most drinks. Please note: if you’re mixing it into a cold drink, it may take a little longer to dissolve (which is expected). Read more

I'm a post menopausal 60 year old woman who, after years of assuming my menopausal symptoms were "minor," finally realized that was no longer true and I needed to take more serious steps. After deep diving into research, I got on HRT (a patch which is apparently the safest way to go, new research has debunked a lot of myths on that front, but I digress) and also started looking for supplements that could support optimizing my wellness. Creatine was one of those supplements. Apparently it's good to support cognition as well as the all important task of preserving and rebuilding muscle and bone density. Apparently "monohydrate" is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product - a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings - I gave it a try. I'm on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it's utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years. Read more

There’s no magical way to “know” if creatine is working unless you’re tracking your lifts, weight, and recovery over time. It builds up slowly and supports strength, size, and endurance in the long run. That said, this product checks all the boxes: It’s micronized, so it mixes well and doesn’t leave a gritty sludge at the bottom of the cup. It’s unflavored. Zero fillers, just straight-up creatine monohydrate. Good value: 100 servings is a nice long supply for daily use (5g per serving which is all you need). You don’t need to take it pre- or post-workout, just take it once a day, any time will work. Read more
