The taste is good ,but I would say please make it with extra water when making a cup of it ,after working out as it cause your throat to feel somewhat dry if you don't. It does make you feel replenish after a good sweat. The taste like lightly sweet not overpowering sweet at all . There is no real smell to it , the sugar content is zero but I believe they use Stevia extract as their is a hint of it detected in the aftertaste,but not overwhelming if you had Stevia before. With all that being said it doesn't dissolve as easy as thought it would after mixing it in my water I do still have small clumps at the bottom of my cup.
