Received this defective unit, turned it on and one hand started slipping gears and malfunctioning immediately. Even worse, it had what appeared to be dandruff and massage oil/lotion stains all over it, obviously used.....GROSS🤮 Find a better seller! Read more
The massage strength is strong. The grip points are at the right level. It is easy to use. I feel the tightness of my muscles got relieved. Very comfortable while using it. I've having neck and shoulder pain for a long time. I went to the massage therapist once a month, but I never felt enough after the massage. The pain came back very soon after the massage.
