This is a solid product, as have been all the other products I have tried from the NeilMed company. We use their daily sinus rinse, earwax cleaning kit, etc. This is a wonderful solution to dry noses and sinuses from using indoor heat in the winter. If you use a CPAP at night, even with a humidifier, your nose can still get very dry. A quick swipe of this in your nostrils before bedtime really makes it more comfortable. I have not noticed a smell of any kind. It does not take much of the product, so I think it will last a good while. This is a bit easier to use than the NasoGel spray, just wipe the top clean, cap it, and you are good to go for the next use. It’s not expensive so it’s a good value for something that just provides additional comfort. Read more
